    I went in for 4days and it was an amazing experience right from stay n place n staff services all were excellent One suggestion if i had to give means add more food option to menu.

    Beautiful property, very amazing staff, good view. Room was spacious and had a view of large beautiful trees from the balcony. Could hear birds all the time. Deck area is peaceful and has a great view. We also got a short morning guided walk at a nearby estate from the manager there. Just a few minor things that could have made the stay 10/10 - hot water was not working in the room, the staff did try their best to fix it but it didn’t happen, we bathed in cold water for all 3 days. Food options are limited and when we ordered a 100rs salad all we got was a plate full of onions along with a few cucumber and carrot pieces - normally you get this for free at restaurants alongside your food. Options can be increased but we just drove to the city to eat instead - that was a better option

    No response from staff. We got an ant infested room, where the ant crawled from every nook and corner of the room, on bed, at floor, on walls and ceilings. The reusable glass water bottle provided was fungus infested and reeked a pungent smell. The curtains and floor were stained and seems like a make shift arrangement in the name of a room. For a king bed you get a board pland on a metal frame, and 2 single mattress joined together to fulfill the criterion. In the name of an extra bed you get a 2 inch mattress on floor with some dirty fleece blanket and some dark bed linen. The situation is so pathetic with the extra bed that you will punish the person who will be offered that. The property staff is ignorant and won't take care of the guests. They feel like they are not into their job anymore. They will lock out the property and won't pick any call at night. You will be at your own mercy. Carry your own bedding, water, food, slippers etc, as none will be provided
