Very large spacious rooms. Newly made. Neat and clean.
Sorrundings are messy with constructions going on.
Suit Room lacks a bigger table.
No lift available for going to top floors. Difficult for elderly people.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and neat, good ambience, location of the hotel was well placed to accomodate all the sight seeing options in Waynad, connectivity to restaurants were good.
The Hotel could look into having inhouse food operations. which will only enhance overall customer experience.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist, which made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.
