Da localização e simpatia/disponibilidade do anfitrião ; climatização.
A televisão está colocada numa posição pouco "ergonómica" para quem está sentado no sofá. A acessibilidade não é brilhante ( escadas que não são boas para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade).

O Sr. Mário foi excelente, cinco estrelas na atenção e receção. A casa, excelente condições de acomodações, cozinha totalmente equipada. Limpeza impecável. Nada a apontar. O único comentário que poderia fazer, era de saber previamente que seria um segundo andar sem elevador.

O Apartamento tem uma localização excelente, você consegue fazer tudo a pé. É muito silencioso e bem moderno. O anfitrião foi nos receber e é uma pessoa muito legal.
O apartamento precisa de uma iluminação um pouco melhor. Achei a sala/cozinha um pouco escura.
