Very good location, right by the city center. Also had a good view from our balcony, overlooking the nearby hilltop and palm trees.
A bit thin walls, but we never had any big problems with it. Bathrooms although we loved the layout, could be a bit cleaner.

good location and reasonable price for a private room and AC
dogs barking during the night and very invasive (i like dogs) but they can't give you your space; the walls are too thin, impossible to sleep, i've heard slamming doors and different noise all the time
