easy check in /check out, all staff was friendly and helpful. good breakfast, room was clean and neat. hotel is new around 1 year old so the rooms are new and nice, a lot of food and shopping nearby.

The location in T Nagar is great - pretty central, and there is enough stuff (shops, restaurants, etc) within walking distance to make a convenient stay. The rooms are spacious and decently clean. The staff helped me arrange travel from the airport and were friendly.

Fresh coffee machine was out of order for 2 of my 5 days there. There was extremely loud music in the downstairs event room until very late at night (one time even after midnight) on multiple nights on my stay, and the soundproofing was non-existent. I could even hear it whilst wearing ear plugs.

The hotel is overall good in terms of room quality, cleanliness, and service. The restaurant food is also quite decent.

There are two major downsides. First, there is no parking facility, so if you’re traveling by car, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this hotel — it’s simply not convenient. Second, the front desk staff need serious training in customer service. They don’t know how to respond appropriately to customer concerns and seem indifferent. If you’re not driving and don’t expect much from the front desk, it’s a decent stay.
