Location is the main selling point..

A pleasant little apartment in a very beautiful area. Minutes walk to the harbour or the beach and the best local cafe in the area Maybe Kafe. The area is this place's selling point primarily. The apartment itself takes shabby chic to its fullest, it feels like staying at a friend's house with all the nick-nacks to go with that. Many reviews complain about it being difficult to find, but we found it easy to find, just on the corner off the junction. The parking space is just a minute's walk away around the corner. You can offload luggage right outside however.

We found a few issues with this apartment, on arrival all the shutters were closed so it was very dark, so we had to figure that out. It felt a little unwelcoming as if the place had been closed for weeks. The apartment also needs some refurbishment in places such as peeling tile stickers in the shower and kitchen, wallpaper peeling off in the bedroom. It felt a little home-made in its aesthetics. The shower is also very old. The water too is scalding hot as someone else mentioned so be careful. The bedroom is very small and one side of the bed is against the wall. Also the air is very stale and dusty so we both suffered with allergy symptoms. This may in part be due to the out-dated fan in the bathroom. It was because of this we had to leave early. We hoped to use the bikes but upon testing the brakes we found they didn't work so we couldn't use them. Upon leaving the owner complained (in french, all correspondence is in french which was hard for us) that we left rubbish in the apartment but we collected all the rubbish into one bin. We saw no bins outside to remove it to and there was no information in the apartment on house rules that we could see so this felt very upsetting. We pride ourselves on leaving a place in good condition. This left a bad feeling with us as guests. Highly recommend to the owner a welcome folder of instructions in different languages for guests to see and use on arrival like other places do. This would negate the need for excessive text messages to guests phones with images of local attractions in french that they can't translate as well. There's also no WiFi.

Ayant déjà pris de nombreuses locations temporaires, je peux vous dire que vous trouverez rarement une hôte aussi prévenante et chaleureuse que Karine. Aux petits soins pour les locataires autant dans la communication réactive et précise que dans l'attention mise à l'ameublement et à la décoration, à la propreté et au confort du logement. Le moindre détail est pensé, des ustensiles de cuisine en nombre à la décoration mignonne et douillette. Vraiment un logement très complet et fonctionnel, dans un environnement calme et apaisant. La literie d'un confort rare en location temporaire, la propreté irréprochable. On s'y est senti vraiment bien. Le parking accessible et proche du logement est un plus. Merci beaucoup Karine pour votre gentillesse et vos conseils pour découvrir les lieux environnants, et merci pour ce petit cocon que vous avez créé 😊

Jolie location pour un couple, la proximité des commerces, et des sentiers côtiers

L'accés de la location et la facilité pour récupérer les clés. La propriétaire nous avait très bien expliqué l'endroit où se situait la maison. Nous avons surtout aprécié le fait, de ne pas se servir de notre voiture. Nous avons tout fait à vélo ou bien à pied !!! Et pour cette location nous avons aprécié la place de parking !! La location est à 5minutes du port du Crousty.

Petit appartement joliment décoré très sympathique et très bien équipé. On dort très bien avec une excellente literie et du fait du calme environnement. La salle de bain est agréable et fonctionnelle. Le coin séjour cuisine est bien équipé, lumineux et joliment décoré le tout donnant sur une agréable terrasse. A deux pas du port, plage et des chemins côtiers on peut tout faire sans prendre la voiture La communication avec Karine et Stéphane était fluide et parfaite Je recommande fortement Fred

Nous avons apprécié la fonctionnalité de l'appartement et de ses équipements, rien ne manque! Et tout est à portée de main. La propreté est irréprochable. De plus la déco est très agréable. La proximité immédiate du port est un atout indiscutable.

Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver l'emplacement exact du bâtiment. Les maisons sont toutes pareilles, nombreuses, et la numérotation est fantaisiste. Un petit plan d'accès ne serait pas un luxe.
