About this apartment rental

T2 apartment of good standing classified 3 stars very bright and tastefully decorated ideally located on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet residence, with lift, sea and harbor views. Southwest location.

It includes 1 large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a large walk-in closet, a living room with 1 sofa bed and 2 armchairs, 1 flat screen TV in the kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, dolce coffee maker gusto + another electric, fridge with 4 induction hobs.
A bathroom with bathtub + washing machine, separate toilets, a sea view balcony equipped with terrace furniture.

All the shutters are rolling and electric. The residence is secured by a digital code.

You will also have a closed garage in the basement to secure your car.

The many shops are nearby, The beaches, as well as Thalassotherapy which has just had a makeover.
The port of Navalo pier which makes it possible to cross the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan as well as the magnificent islands of Houat, Hoëdic, Belle île ... is 2 KMs away

a compulsory supplement is to be paid on arrival for linen and cleaning: 80 euros

Excellent Location

Excellent Location

Lovely apartment, very secure, clean and comfortable. Gorgeous views over the marina and bay. If you like boat and people watching, this is excellent for you. Lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. The walk around the headland to Port Navalo should not be missed. We will be coming back again!

Appartement idéalement situé avec vue sur le port et la mer. très calme au mois de mai. Bien équipé mais il manque un compartiment freezer dans le réfrigérateur, pas de possibilité de faire des glaçons ou de congeler des blocs réfrigérants. Gênant par temps très chaud.

Nous aurions pu passer un séjour tranquille vu la période ( pas grand monde dans la résidence) sans cette fête sur le port juste en dessous de nous. De ce fait, difficulté de trouver l’immeuble. Sinon le logement est agréable et suffisant pour 2 personnes.

Logement agréable, très bien situé. On peut déplorer le manque de propreté à l’arrivée, congélateur et frigo décongelés sans avoir été nettoyés, odeurs de poissons plus que nauséabondes à l’ouverture où l’eau avait stagné depuis?…., alors que 100€ obligatoires sont demandés pour le nettoyage et le linge de maison. Poussières non faites depuis plusieurs mois. En bref, location d’hiver mais non préparée.

Nous y étions pour le salon, plein de vie au pied de la terrasse, une super vue sur le port et légèrement sur la gauche la vue pleine mer. Évidemment très pratique le box garage. L appartement est très suffisant pour 4 personnes, juste un petit point "negatif", le coût du ménage à payer en arrivant, et pourtant un peu poussiéreux. Nous conseillons cet endroit

Séjour très agréable, la météo étant de la partie. Appartement très fonctionnel et correctement équipé. Résidence très calme (du moins à cette époque!). Parking fermé en sous-sol très appréciable même si l'accès (du moins la sortie) est assez délicate pour un véhicule relativement long.

L'appartement est idéalement situé : au calme mais à proximité de tout (balades, commerces, bus). Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin dans l'appartement. J'ai enlevé une étoile car le prix du ménage et de la location du linge me semble un peu excessif (la couverture en laine et le four n'étaient pas propres). C'est le seul point négatif que je vois car notre séjour a été très agréable dans l'ensemble.

Mit dem Verwaltungs-service waren wir nicht so zufrieden. Man gab sich keine Mühe uns Welan zugängig zu machen,mit dem Fernseher kannte mansich auch nicht aus.Nicht gerade deutsch-freundlich.Verständlicherweise war über die Feiertage niemand erreichbar.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement, malgré une météo assez capricieuse. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif. La résidence est un peu en retrait et donc à l'abri des nuisances sonores, tout en proposant une superbe vue du port et des couchers de soleil. Entrée et sortie traitées avec réactivité par nos interlocuteurs locaux.

Bien situé avec un balcon donnant sur le port, l'appartement est bien équipé même si il manque un ou 2 ustensiles (je l'ai signalé à la responsable). Le garage en sous sol est un plus, mais il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop longue, car l'accès n'est pas facile. Je recommande cette location.

Nous étions déjà venus il y a 2 ans et avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à retourner à Arzon : appartement idéalement situé sur le Port, vue très agréable, spacieux et confortable. Nous regrettons déjà les pauses apéro sur le balcon en contemplant le coucher de soleil... Vivement la prochaine fois !

très bel appartement avec superbe vue sur le port de plaisance dans une région très agréable; confort impeccable mais malheureusement un désagrément au cours du séjour : un compteur électrique a pris feu dans la résidence Précieuse et rapide intervention des pompiers Cela a un peu assombri notre fin de semaine
