Fancy a seaside getaway? Come and discover this charming ground floor apartment located in Arzon, just 300 metres from Fogeo beach and Crouesty port. Between lounging on the beach, relaxing at the thalassotherapy centre, strolling around the port and culinary discoveries, this accommodation is ideal for a well-deserved holiday with family or friends.
Outside, a beautiful 12m² terrace will allow you to enjoy the view over the garden and prepare delicious grilled dishes thanks to the plancha at your disposal. As a bonus, you benefit from access to the heated communal swimming pool of the residence, open from 15 June to 15 September – perfect for cooling off at any time of day!
This 28m² cocoon, welcoming and bright, opens onto a warm and well-organised living space. A lounge with 2 sofas and a television allows you to relax in front of a film or sporting event after a day of activities. The dining area overlooks a functional and well-equipped open-plan kitchen: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle. Everything is designed so you can cook and enjoy good home-cooked meals.
On the night side, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x200) awaits you. A sofa bed (double) in the living room can accommodate additional sleeping for one person. The bathroom, with shower and hairdryer, completes the apartment.
You will be able to park easily in the residence car park but the accommodation does not have a designated parking space.
