В квартире есть всё, что может понадобиться для комфортного проживания. Чисто, уютно и удобно. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить Эми Вэя за его отзывчивость и гибкий подход. Нам потребовалось очень раннее заселение — в 4:00 утра, и он пошёл нам навстречу, предоставив такую возможность. Заселение прошло бесконтактно и без каких-либо сложностей, а утром мы встретились лично и спокойно оформили оплату проживания. Спасибо за гостеприимство! С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

The apartment is located in the older part of Shanghai, surrounded by many coffee shops and a French bakery within a 5-minute walk. There are also small food markets and a grocery store nearby, which is very convenient. The subway at Jiashan Station is only a 10-minute walk from the apartment, making it easy to get around the city. Amy, the owner, responded to all my questions quickly and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to dislike

The area was phenomenal, there were excellent coffee shops, a supermarket and a bakery within a few meters of the apartment.

Being in the local community, the quiet neighbourhood, the air conditioning, the ease of check in, having a kitchen, good value for money.

Minimal kitchen supplies (for example only 2 large cups for a family of 4). No bannister / handrail on stairs. Very low ceiling upstairs.
