Only thing was a bit small but was fine for a few days also could tell from the pictures

・交通便利で地下鉄やバス停等に近い。
・周辺にスーパーやコンビニがあり、買い物や生活必須品の購入なども便利。
・部屋のインテリアは凄くおしゃれで、住み心地が良い。
・調理用具、寝具などが完備しており、すぐ使用可能。
・衛生管理も良い。特に不満などがない。
・豪雨による部屋浸水後、直ぐに新しい部屋手配の対応。
まず宿泊中、大雨が降った際、庭の排水が全く機能せず、雨水が部屋の中にまで溢れ込んできました。寝室さえ完全に浸水しました。1回目は初めてのため、対策不完全だったのだろうと理解できましたが、その後の対応が不十分だったです。私たちが自分で少しずつ水を外へ掻き出したにもかかわらず、翌日再び豪雨になった際、全く同じ状況が発生し、水位は最高で4〜5センチに達しました。さらに今回は、下水管から汚水まで逆流して部屋に入り込んできました。最悪でした。
もし夏で台風や大雨がある時期に上海に行くなら、標高の低い部屋や、周辺の排水施設など要注意だと思います。
また、撮影のアングルのせいか、実際のリビングルームは写真より小さいというところが少し気になります。

Geweldige locatie midden in French Consession. Klein appartement maar in alles voorzien en fijn dat er een wasmachine beschikbaar was! Airco deed het matig maar na contact anders in kunnen stellen.
Bij vragen reageerde verhuurder zeer snel en we mochten gratis onze rugtassen in een storage box stallen na check-out.
Appartement had schoner gemogen (achter het bed lagen stof en haren). Op muren in de badkamer en keuken zaten vocht en schimmelvorming.

Ubicación excelente,con el metro al lado.Cerca de centros comerciales.Las camas cómodas,aire acondicionado y bonita decoración.Contacto continuo por WhatsApp con la responsable y nos proporcionó toda la ayuda que necesitamos.
La cocina estaba extremadamente sucia, tenía pinta de no haberse limpiado a fondo desde hace meses.Todo con grasa y cadáveres de diversos insectos.Debajo del sofá también nos encontramos restos de comida.El sofá cama era incómodo.
Al llegar nos dieron la dirección equivocada y tuvimos que desplazarnos en taxi que posteriormente nos abonaron.
