Excellent location above metro station & mall with shops & restaurants. Very well equipped with washing machine/dryer, microwave & fridge. Apartment management very attentive & helpful. Good multiple lift service to 21st floor, city views. Compact room.

The room is large and has three beds so it is perfect for families. The shower and bathroom is very good and towels are all provided. There is a big television and the view is really good..of course, the metro station being directly beneath is handy for getting around Shanghai. The staff are excellent - super helpful - and there are plenty of eateries nearby.
It was certainly not the owners' fault but the room next to ours were noisy - we could hear then after midnight which seemed to go against the 'no noise' rule of the building. Sadly being light sleepers, this meant that we were not well rested enough to explore Shanghai as much as we would have liked.

Great location, conveniently located at a metro stop with supermarket, different restaurants and cafes just outside the door. Amazing views on downtown Shanghai and great for moving in between university Handan Campus and the city center.
The team is kind and responsive and happy to help with anything on request. The apartment is quiet and has everything that you might need for a shorter or longer stay.
Cleaner could be slightly more thorough in cleaning surfaces and removing hair.

Very clean and tidy room with fresh sheets, towels and amenities. The bed was so comfortable and I slept like baby after walking around Shanghai.
The staffs are so friendly and so helpful.
I would stay here when I come to Shanghai again.
The air conditioning was perfect for summer. The sleepers were luxurious.
