Great location, conveniently located at a metro stop with supermarket, different restaurants and cafes just outside the door. Amazing views on downtown Shanghai and great for moving in between university Handan Campus and the city center. The team is kind and responsive and happy to help with anything on request. The apartment is quiet and has everything that you might need for a shorter or longer stay.

Cleaner could be slightly more thorough in cleaning surfaces and removing hair.

Very clean and tidy room with fresh sheets, towels and amenities. The bed was so comfortable and I slept like baby after walking around Shanghai. The staffs are so friendly and so helpful. I would stay here when I come to Shanghai again. The air conditioning was perfect for summer. The sleepers were luxurious.

As a mom of four, traveling can be challenging. This trip, I brought my third 2 year’s old and fourth (2 months old)children back to Shanghai to visit my parents, so having a comfortable and convenient place to stay was especially important. The location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other daily necessities just a few minutes’ walk away, making everything very easy with young children. What I appreciate most is the flexible check-in and check-out arrangements, which really helped accommodate our travel schedule. The staff are always friendly, patient, and welcoming. They noticed I was traveling with my baby and were happy to provide extra bottled water every day so I could prepare formula. It’s these thoughtful little gestures that made us feel genuinely cared for. Thank you to the entire team for another great stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Shanghai and highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with children.
