Hakuba Arboretum by Jade Group

As a family, we had an excellent stay at Hakuba Arboretum villa during this Chinese New Year break. The accommodation is a beautiful example of modern Japanese contemporary style. Spacious, bright, quiet and very comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered for a flawless experience. Tasteful, modern, creating a cozy feeling. Ideally located near Echoland and its restaurants, between Hakuba 47 and Happo One. It's definitely best of have a car to get around, as it makes all the resorts in Hakuba Valley way more accessible. Last but not least, very efficient and seamless communication with the team. Very responsive, clear instructions, very easy check-in and check-out. This contributed to exceed all our expectations. We had a wonderful time and would highly reconmend this villa.

Perhaps location was a teeny bit far from echo land town when walking with ski gear and kids to shuttle buses and supermarket. Would hire a car next time.

The location is outstanding and views from each room special especially as it was snowing in December.

The beds were very firm and could benefit from mattress toppers. A selection of pillows, pyjamas and slippers would also be beneficial. Surprised that there was no dishwasher or knives which was perplexing.
