If you don't notice the disadvantage, the apartment is not bad, we had a great time

The property has its own charm: spacious, great view, not far from the town. Good communication with the hosts.

Unfortunately bit backdated, kitchenware need to be replaced. Bunk bed doesn’t have a safety feature on the top bed. In the living room was a little cold- the fireplace would have helped but it didn’t work. The mattress is very soft.

The apartment is big enough even for 3 families of four with children. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and modern. The furniture is not modern but it serves the purpose. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and the location, if you have a car, is ideal. The nearest lift is for Pinzolo peak, and those slopes are the most beautiful for skiing. Also Groste peak is excellent. All in all, good value for money.

The first thing you need to know is that you will not find a single roll of toilet paper, no soap and no detergent in the apartment. So either buy everything before you come or bring something to have on hand. The fireplace in the living room is unprofessionally closed and cold, so you can't use it, and the cold goes through it and without a blanket, it was impossible to sit in the living room. I suggest you bring a small heater with you or ask the lady who will be your contact there to find you one.. The bedrooms are warm, except for the attic room which doesn't have any radiators, but the heat goes up, so it's bearable. Also, something the guest needs to know, the top bed in the bunk bed, doesn't have any safety railing, and it's quite high. The TV doesn't work, and it's old and not smart. Bring a USB drive with movies, if you're planning a movie night, you should be able to play a movie that way (internet is generally good). If the owners would fix the fireplace, replace the TV, put a guardrail on the bunk bed, and welcome guests with basic hygiene supplies, I'd give it a 10, but now is barely 7,5.

Virkelig gode fasciliteter for to familier med mange soverum, bad og toiletter, dejlig stor stue med spisebord. Garage til ski. Nem adgang til skibus lige ovenfor huset. Meget hjælpsomt personale.

Det var synd pejsen er muret til- det ville have været hyggeligt med pejs.

Rezervarea de 4 camere pt 4 adulți s-a soldat cu așternuturi insuficiente, adică 1 așternut la patul dublu/matrimonial și 2 așternuturi în cameră cu 2 paturi separate; rezervarea de 4 camere pt 4 persoane era de neconceput. S-a promis ca vor mai aduce o lenjerie, dar nu s-a întâmplat, ba mai mult , la plecare s-a reluat aceeași discuție. Apoi erau și becuri lipsă sau nefuncționale. Apartamentul este dotat cu un șemineu nefuncțional, chiar sigilat și totuși în ultima seara(noroc ca a fost ultima) am simțit miros de ars, s-a intrat în panică, apoi miros de fum, ca în final să ne liniștim intuind ca șemineul din apartamentul de dedesupt era funcționa , proprietarul, deși cred ca știe de problema, nu realizează ca trebuie sigilată și zona cutiei cenușii. Apoi dotările minimale cu hârtie igienică, saci de gunoi și altele , măcar pentru început, nu prea s-a bifat. Da, știu ca în Franța și Italia , la vile , se practică autodotarea. Cred ca ajunge.
