Great location, really in the buzz Nice view over library frontage Exceptionally handy with Woolworths and Big W underneath as well as an eatery floor. A building down from Melb central station. Tram stops 50mtrs away. Excellent location. At a price though.

Cleanliness and over all feeling. Felt like the apartment has been sublet by a university student. Blankets thrown in wardrobe, no care. Hunted to find towels. New bathroom mat. Yippee. No hair dryer. No top sheets on beds. No idea when doona covers had been washed. I ended up buying sheets. The shower has red and black mold. With black grime on the inside of glass door. Soap holder needed a clean just scum. The edges of the bathroom floor had gray/white matter around the circumference. By the dryer and washing machine caked dust fluff. Lint filter was full. The walls need a dust in the bathroom as well. Yellow matter??? dripped down red wall. That's the bathroom. Balcony had not been swept, cigarette butts and general dirt and dust. Balcony glass hadn't been cleaned, bird poop hand prints dust. Sliding doors to Balcony filthy with same things, grime hand prints general build up. Kitchen drying rack filthy needed just a wipe over and bits of food gone. It had been placed over some cereal packet that had got wet and stuck to the bench. Mat/rug under table dangerous as a corner was curled up, tripping hazard. Old glue on floor needs a scraper to tidy up. So unloved the apartment No matter how many positive affirmations were hanging on the wall. At least some cleaning products had been left for me to clean with.
