Good location, just next to PD Waterfront.

A bit dated, building painting definitely need some upgrade. The lift access card is down, so anybody can just enter the building lifts (maybe it's just on that day).

Clean and nice place that can fit 8-9 pax comfortably. Great location. The weather was great the day we checked-in, the view of the sea was beautiful. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, so that was dine smoothly.

Easy free parking on level 3 Beds were comfortable Each rooms were provided with standalone fans for use Has microwave that works Dining table and chairs were operational and large Lounges were comfortable Good views of the sea from the bedrooms

There were two TV upstairs and downstairs none were working. No instructions on how to operate it if it were in fact operational. Whilst it's good view of the sea, there is no where close to swim in the sea, you have to drive a distance from this apartment to swim in the sea The staff we were dealing with was not friendly, not helpful and very aloof bordering rude. The aircon in the upstairs lounge wasn't working. The upstairs toilet had a large crack on the seat. The master bedroom downstairs has mould all over the ceiling which is toxic to human. A lot of the walls are peeling off and the painting were poorly done (messy job) All three bathrooms were not cleaned properly, dusty and the showers and shower screens were filthy. The floor had not been cleaned properly, the inside of the toilets were disgusting No dishwashing liquid was provided in the kitchen just other cleaning products. This accommodation is not cheap by Malaysia standards >$900 RM per night, however the overall experience is quite poor and disappointing.
