Spacious, private, clean, quiet and comfortable. Huge patio. Huge living room. Nice bathroom. Thick towels.

Great location. 5 mins drive to PD waterfront and 3mins to the beach. Yet hidden among lush greenery.
Tiny thing, the living room didnt have an aircond so it gets really warm at day or night. I came alone and I was a bit scared to have the space to myself. Its nice if you come in a group of 5-6ppl. The top floor rooms are safer for adults I think. Best to inquire the property first before booking if youre coming with kids or old people.

The pool is clean and the place is quiet. Room is big.
Stairs leading to the room did not have a covering thus when it rains, the steps were wet and we can be exposed to the rain if we want to leave the room. Car park is outside the villa premise.

Good Location & Easy Access to PD Town, Lukut & Teluk Kemang. Peaceful & Quiet surroundings
Room wall & Roof has bad water marks. Needs a good paint. Secondly, the walls are not sound proof as we can hear the occupants talking, baby crying and TV audio as well.
