View from the room is great. Place is clean and well taken care of. Facilities were awesome

Everything went well

(master bedroom) air conditioner not functioning well not cold at all.

The house is clean, as shown in the picture, have washing machine and the fridge also well function. The view from the house also nice, can see sunset and sea from the balcony. The house spacious enough for 7adults and 4 kids.

Some plug point didnt function in first and second room. Probably owner can provide dust pan so we can clean up the house better. There’s no towel rack in the master bedroom’s shower. Only that the rest are all good.

Overall the apartment fell short of our expectations. This was a family holiday which included elderly folks. I was very careful to review the property’s information before making the reservation but sadly was mislead. The plus points were the location & proximity to food places. Lifts were working well & parking was free though it was crowded over the weekend due to some government event. Communication was acceptable & check in/out was smooth. The apartment was basic & sparsely furnished but clean. Good view of the sea from balcony & loved the turtle conservatory near the swimming pool.

1-the apartment is located in Glory beach resort but was informed it was managed privately. This was not shared in their write up on the booking platform. 2- kitchen had only one plug point located above the fridge to power the jug kettle, microwave & induction cooker. Appliance wire not long enough, so impractical. 3- microwave oven was not cleaned. Found a rotten, maggot infested chicken which resulted in us not using the oven to heat up the home cooked food we bought for my elderly father forcing us to find food that met his restricted diet. Text my feedback to the property management but no offer of resolution except an apology. They could have sent a cleaner but no action. 4- bedroom & bed information were misleading in their write up. Bedroom # 2 was supposed to have 1 queen size bed & 2 single beds. Instead what was provided was 1 queen size bed & 2 single MATTRESS! Bedroom # 3 was so tiny with a double decker bed not 2 single beds as advertised. Bedroom # 1 was fine with 2 queen size beds. This greatly affected our overall stay. Gave the management my feedback but got no response. 5- bathroom near kitchen kept getting stuck. 6- water heater not working properly. 7- swimming pool water cloudy, be careful of beach as got sand flies, not the best beach too for swimming.
