Everything! Location is central to absolutely everything, including two metro stations, and in the charming Bastille and Le Marais area. Apartment had huge windows for opening and really felt like the parisienne experience. Everything you need in a well organised space. A special call out to the owners who we didn't actually meet, but they were incredibly responsive. They even let us into the apartment 3 hours early because it was ready.

Nothing at all. Just one word of caution, the apartment is up two flights of stairs with a loft bed. We lived it, but it is not disability friendly.

Fantastic location. Close to three metro lines.

We decided to sleep on the fold out bed as it was easier than using the mezzanine. The key to the front door can be tricky. Could be challenging for the elderly or those with arthritis etc.

The place is quite clean and spacious overall. It also has an electric stove which allows for cooking and we found that is quite convenient. The location is pretty good too which is about 10 mins walk away from the train station.

The building is old and there is no lift in the apartment building and we had to walk about 30 steps of stairs. Plus the stairs are very narrow which means navigating up the stairs with your luggage is extremely difficult. The entrance to the building is very dark in the evening. We almost trip over and accidentally caused a small damage to the edge of the lower part of a wall which we ended up paying $225 Euros for the repair. The building manager who lives in the building was quite rude to us and it was not a good experience dealing with him. The other small issue that we come across was the clogged sink in the toilet which means we had to brush our teeth and do our face washings at the kitchen sink.
