First of all Jacques is fantastic host, very friendly. Location is perfect, near the Seine river, 10 mins from Notre-Dame. Cozy little appartment with huge bed, kitchen and toilet and shower.
Table and chair were not so comfortable. Especially chair, it was wobbling under me.

I liked the location in the center of Paris. However, the listing stated that it was possible to cook and do laundry. But on site, there is no extractor hood to remove odors and steam, so how can one cook? And as for the washing machine, how is one supposed to dry the clothes since there’s nothing provided for that?
