The room could be considered a bit too small, especially the bed above ( very close to the ceiling). As my wife is clean freak, she considered the place not up to her standards ( especially the sofa).

Great ski vacation!!!

We stayed at this property to ski at Cervinia resort and the place is very conveniently located- you can almost ski in/out. The building has a ski room, it’s easy to store ski stuff there overnight. To go to village - about 10-15 mins by foot, you find many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would recommend this property and definitely stay there next time we come.

Coffee maker is very small, for one person. Would be nice to have a bigger one.

I understand it’s a cheap option in an expensive area, but for this money I expect toilet paper will be there 😄

Very good location; furnished kitchen; garage for car or you also can park just in front of the entrance; owner is quick to respond in a messenger.

Old dirty sofa-bed, dust everywhere, no toilet paper, blinking light. Something was wrong with the water heater: when I had a shower and the hot water finished in 2 minutes(we were not using it for a day and the heater was turned on), so my wife had to heat the water in pots and bring to me while I was waiting there all soaped - awful experience. We have not communicated with the host about that - what he could do at the night with it? So it worth to mention that it can happen.

Goede locatie, 1 ruimte voor alles, slechte matras.

Goede locatie vlakbij piste en liften. Aanwezigheid van garage.

Matras van het ‘bed’ boven was van slechte kwaliteit, je zakte er gewoon door tot op de houten planken, onmogelijk om daar goed op te slapen. Dit werd na de eerste nacht gemeld, hier werd geen oplossing voor geboden, dit zorgde ervoor dat we ander appartement hebben geboekt om te kunnen slapen. Eigenaar ontkende nadien dat matras niet deugde wat heel flauw is. Foto’s zijn misleidend. Het is 1 ruimte waarin alles dient te gebeuren, opklapbed is de bank, voor een koppel is dat prima maar voor 3 volwassenen is dat heel klein, voor 2 volwassenen was het al krap.

FRESCURA E PAESAGGIO DI FORTE IMPATTO

Bella posizione della struttura a Cervinia, con il bellissimo Cervino vicinissimo. Il paesaggio era molto bello. La struttura era vicina al centro abitato e alla cabino-via per il Pateau Rosa. L'appartamento era piccolo, ma c'era tutto. Inoltre abbiamo potuto fare varie escursioni essendo la Val d'Aosta piccola e tutto era facilmente raggiungibile. Siamo stati al forte di Bard, ad Aosta, sul monte Bianco e nella valle d'Ayas.

Struttura vecchissima e assolutamente maltenuta all’esterno, per quanto riguarda l’appartamento,viene presentato come un monolocale, ma per noi è stato come soggiornare in un un “loculo “ Una volta aperto il divano letto praticamente non ci si muove più, forse, e dico forse, può andare per un fine settimana ma per un soggiorno di più giorni e con tutto il necessario, e’ invivibile.
