Incontestablement la vue depuis le balcon de jour comme de nuit. Appartement très grand et lumineux.

Ça ne reluit pas de propreté, elle ci pourrait être améliorée car beaucoup de cheveux noir au sol, moumoutes dans placard. Niveau équipement le canapé est cassé, ne pas s’assoir au milieu et en cuisine, peu d’ustensiles notamment par exemple pas de passoire pour le riz ou les pâtes.

Tolle ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf Funchal. Mietwagen sollte man unbedingt haben, da nicht zentral gelegen. Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wie oft auf Madeira keine Klimaanlage/Heizung, dafür aber mobiler Ventilator und Elektroheizer vorhanden.

Kleinigkeiten bei der Einrichtung fehlen ggf. wie z.B. Ablageflächen im Bad oder auch ein Couchtisch.

The location of Sao Goncalo Apartamento is okay and the views from one side of the building are truly beautiful. However, the other side faces a wall just 1 meter away. Unfortunately, the apartment has its best years behind it, which wouldn't be a problem if it were clean. The bathroom was dirty and lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a smell of dampness and mold. The kitchen walls and cabinets were also dirty. This place has potential, but the management really needs to focus on deep cleaning and maintenance.
