Elsa's Place II

Das ist eine große Wohnung mit üppigem Platzangebot und toller Ausstattung. Die Terrasse übertrifft dabei nochmal alles: riesengroß mit Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Natürlich liegt die Wohnung im städtischen Umfeld und daher hat man eben Straßenleben und auch mal einen Baukran im Sichtfeld. Aber das Meer ist tatsächlich 450m / keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Da ein Parkplatz direkt in der Tiefgarage unter der Wohnung mit dabei ist, ist die Lage für Urlaube mit Mietwagen perfekt. Bei Ankunft war eine Mitarbeiterin/Bekannte zur Stelle, die uns die Anlage, Garage und Wohnung inklusive Müll-Lager gezeigt hat. Einfach Perfekt!

The property is an two bedroom apartment with a huge terrace. The rooms are good size, and the leaving room and kitchen are nice. I would recommend this apartment to a family.

It's noting wrong with the apartment, but it is too spaces for just two people, the next time we would choose a smaller (cozy) place.

Nice, cozy and huge apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with jacuzzy), huge living room and well equipped kitchen. Large terrace with sea view. Property manager is nice and efficient lady, was helpful, met in time, provided with all necessary information.
