What I loved most about my stay was the exceptional hospitality and the genuine appreciation shown toward returning guests. I had stayed at Yasu just a week earlier, and I was very happy to return for a second stay. Cristina was wonderful—professional, warm, attentive, and incredibly understanding. She kindly upgraded my room, which made my second stay feel like a vacation in itself. It is these thoughtful gestures and the attention to detail that make a stay truly special. I felt genuinely welcomed and Cristina’s professionalism and kindness made my experience even more memorable. I’m very grateful and would happily return to Yasu again!

The property had a perfect location close to bus and metro. Nice view from the balcony. It was nice to sit on the balcony to see the sunrise. It would've been nice to have 2 chairs to use on the balcony but as it was just a short stay it was not a big deal. We could check in a little earlier and that was a bonus. The room was big and spacious and very clean. Recommend!
