The flat is very well equiped. The air conditioning was most appreciated and worked efficiently. Good illuminated bathroom mirror is a nice touch. The supermarket next door, bar, coffee shop and pizza restaurant within the complex are all very good and convenient.

The latch to the patio door is broken and the door wasn't shut properly when we arrived and also couldn't be opened more than 35cm, which made it difficult accessing the outside area. One toilet lid hinge is also broken, but not a major issue. The main door doesn't shut properly either and needs the fire seals repairing. I woke up one night and thought there people in the flat - it was just them talking outside but because there is a such a gap, the sound comes in clearly! Whilst we were given access codes to the main building doors, these were never locked? Unfortunately the pedestrian gates to the complex are closed at 10:00pm and we didn't have codes for these, so a long walk is involved to get to the main entrance. I did report our problems in the app but never received a reply until we were leaving when we got the standard checking out notification.

Clean, nice terrace, well placed, parking space

Broken chairs, dark inside , not comfortable bed, smaller then the pictures , hard to find and to get into the apartment, not nice people around including the security from the complex

I like the comfortable bed,, the WiFi, the mini kitchen, the wide flat TV and decorations.

There was dust in some places and the microwave did not seem to work or maybe I did not know how to switch it on.

It was quite warm

There was no coffee or tea despite there were a boiler and a coffee machine. The bed’s mattress was too soft and old and the carpet a bit dirty. It was a bit difficult to find it, especially the keys to the apartment.
