Very homey, very comfortable and worth the price.

The manager was extremely kind and helpful. The space was comfortable and very accommodating. I really liked being able to use a washer and dryer, and the appliances included was nice as well as the free WiFi.

Nothing! When the space got chilly late at night I sent Anthony a text and he almost immediately responded and turned the heat on

Everything was good waters in the fridge, coffee cream and sugar!

In my opinion, they need to upgrade sheets and pillows looks to old, we noticed the difference with another places.

A repeat for our next tournament!!!

Close to the tournament we were playing in. Anthony was absolutely awesome to contact and let us bring in air mattress for an unexpected extra guest even offering linens.

Nothing was wrong parking a little tight till Anthony pointed out the particulars!! He is such a good communicator.

This unit was the basement of the house with entry through the front door. The door between the stairwell and basement was not solid or private.

The location was great, the price was great. I ended up bringing extra guests and he made sure to let us know to let him know if there was anything he could do to help accommodate the extras. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect stay for a night in Spokane.

Anthony's home was perfect for what we needed. We are driving across the country and needed a quick and easy stop in Spokane. The house is equiped with everything you need, and Anthony was super accommodating. We ended up getting in pretty late, and he was quick to respond to messages. We found a park around the corner for the dogs to run around and potty in the morning. Would stay again! Thanks Anthony!!

Some attention to facility details would be nice, i.e. grout in tub, unfinished moldings, etc. However, everything was clean, so it's more of an aesthetics issue.

Perfect place to stay!!

It was very nice and quiet the home owner responded almost immediately any time I had any questions or concerns. I loved the small little added amenities like the coffee with all the fixings, there were charging cables/ cords available for use, and the washer and dryer were available as well had I not just came from the laundry mat they would have been awesome. Altogether an amazing place within walking distance to anything you would want or need.

Location in quiet, reasonably safe neighborhood. Ease of access to lower level apartment. Comfortable living area. Good beds. Anthony was easy to work with.

Excellent stay for the price! Washer and dryer were a huge plus! Many fans to help cool it off! Over sized mini fridge

It was a little warm and stuffy at first but we booked the stay late and there wasn’t enough time to open the windows before we got there. It cooled off quickly by opening windows and using fans!

I would recommend for a homey feel.

I am a returning guest. I visit annually for my dogs eye appointment at the Animal Eye Clinic of Spokane. My dogs are well-behaved, and I clean up after them . They've always been welcome here. I love the homey feel this location provides us. It's cozy, clean, and quiet. The small kitchen allows me to prep my own meals (saving me time and money during my visits). I feel safe here and walking the neighborhood. There is a Safeway close by as well. Also Little Euro was a nice place to eat out and close by.

I have no negative comments to add.

Owner constantly pacing on floor above and making banging noises. Barking dogs. Shady neighbors..Cold basement. Advertisement ststed that I would be renting the house and I got the basement only. Poor communication wirh staff. I felt unsafe there.

Very easy check-in, very private. The use of the washer and dryer was great. We were easily able to extend our stay. We stayed with our cats and we will stay again.

I would probably stay there again especially because we travel with our 2 small dogs.

It was disappointing to find no water & sink in the kitchen. Had to go to the bathroom to use the sink or bathtub water.
