Terrible experience and rude staff.

I have been staying in hotels weekly, for 30 years and this was by far thr worse experiencia I have ever had in any hotel. I followed someone in as they were going in to the apartment block..I went upstairs to my room and the code worked for the bedroom door. The apartment was shabby and the shower basin had a crack and mold had been painted over, but the water still leaked over the bathroom floor. I now went to a McDonald's which was about 300 meters away, but it is a very dark secluded walk and when I got back to the apartment block, I put the 4 number code for the first time, as I followed someone in the first time and didn't need to put the code in. The code I was given for the main entrance door didn't work and flashing words were appearing on the read out, of the main entrance code machine. It would not let me put any code in, as it kept flashing in French. I waited there 20 minutes outside on a dark road on a business park. I tried to phone for 15 mins a telephone number on the door, and eventually, a woman answered me. I told her the code machine was flashing and wouldn't let me put any number in at all. She told me to go round the back of the block which was very dark and try that machine, again it wouldn't accept my code. Then a guest entered and let me in. I told her to use the lift on her own as I thought she might wonder what I was doing round the back and not having a code. Today the day after, I phoned up the same person I phoned up yesterday, I asked for an explanation, before I wrote a review. She said it was my fault, and I must have been putting the wrong code in, which is rubbish, as the code on the bedroom door worked first time. She said it was the same for the main entrance, which it wasn't. If I had been a woman with young kids, hanging round a dark business park at that time of night, It would have put her in danger.

L’hôte est désorganisée et peu professionnelle : elle impose des règles qui ne sont pas sur Booking et fait des réclamations sans fondement. Ce logement ne correspond en rien à ce qui est attendu pour une location payante. Je le déconseille fortement.

Für Zwischenstopp am TGV-Bahnhof super gelegen, gemütlich und praktisch.

Das Appartement ist sehr praktisch und mit gemütlich ausgestattet. Sehr gute Betten, gut bestückte Kitchenette, liebevolle Einrichtung, gemütliche Beleuchtung. Sehr gut organisiertes digitales Check in, zu jeder Tageszeit. Persönliche Nachfrage der Eigentümerin, ob alles geklappt hat.

In der Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten noch Gastronomie. Kein Problem, man muss nur informiert sein.
