Vue mer, emplacement calme, proximité commerces.
Manque micro-onde Proximité voisin / problème d’intimité. Immeuble divisé en 3 locations dont une location qui reprend tout l’étage avec terrasse et vue sur terrasses des 2 autres locations Hotte aspirante en panne. Impossibilité de descendre a pieds sur la plage de Bodri. ( propriétés privées).

la posizione e la tranquillità. non eravamo soli ma la coppia accanto al nostro monolocale era educata e silenziosa. Erano Francesi.
per aprire il cancello bisognava digitare un codice posto su pilastri ai fianchi della strada che era completamente al buio e noi essendo in moto a volte eravamo costretti a scendere dalla sella e la strada non era affatto curata. infatti mia moglie si è slogata un piede ed è tutt'ora claudicante. per il resto la struttura è carina.
