A beautiful, spacious and well-located apartment, ideal for a short stay in Paris
Excellent location, very close to Châtelet, the Louvre, shopping areas and major tourist spots — everything is easily walkable. The apartment is spacious, which is rare in Paris, especially compared to hotel rooms. The design is refined, the flat is well equipped, and it was warm and comfortable during winter, which we really appreciated.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which is not very convenient when traveling with luggage.
The internet didn’t work for most of the stay, and since the TV relies on the internet, it couldn’t be used properly. The issue was fixed only on the last day.

100 stairs to apartment 5. We’re travelling internationally from Australia and had no lift for luggage. It was difficult. If you travel light then this place is perfect.

Delightful
The location is just wonderful. The streets are littered with resturaunts, bakeries, shop and life. There was one bar on the ground floor very close which got a bit rowdy very late in the night but since you are on the 4th floor it doesn't really matter. The apartment is very decent size and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Private bedroom, private bathroom with shower and a cozy kitchen area with small sitting area. Very well organized for the size. It was very hot when we arrived, around 32 degrees and humid but there was a large and powerful fan in the apartment which arguably saved my life haha. I would stay there again. It is an old house but gives very cozy vibes

Disaster. During my stay, this host's booking account was hacked 3 times in 7 days. The first time I received a message from the property in my booking account (when I'm on vacation I rarely check my email) informing me that their account had been hacked and that I should not click on any link received from them and not provide any of my card details. The owner did not call me, did not write to me on WhatsApp or SMS, but only sent me a message on the booking platform. Due to their very serious negligence, I could have lost 1,400 euros (or maybe more, if I had given my card details to hackers). I saw this message after I had already received a message on WhatsApp from a business account containing all the details of my reservation, including the period and the amount paid. This message asked me to enter my card details again and I was directed to a site that looked exactly like booking, but in the web address it had a few letters followed by a line before the booking web address. Although I can say that I know very well how to identify a scam attempt, this time I almost got scammed because it had all my booking details. After 6 days, at the end of my holiday, I received another scam email sent from the property's account on the booking platform telling me again that there was a problem with my card details. Again, I received another message from the property on the booking platform informing me that they had another cyber security problem.
I found dust and hair on the floor (there was a lot of dust everywhere in the apartment), the toilet bowl was cracked, the furniture was broken, the metal armature on the shower hose was completely broken and there was a risk of injury (it also had a bit of rust), there was mold in the shower cabin, the mattress was not comfortable at all, the heat radiators were detached from the wall, the front door shook every time I opened or closed a window or when someone opened the door in the building.

It was a great location. It was clean and I liked that there were fans provided.
It isn’t so much that I didn’t like this about the property, but there were just a few little issues. As a family of five we couldn’t make it through showers without the last two people getting freezing cold water. I understand these things happen so I don’t necessarily hold it against the property.

We enjoyed the location very much! The apartment could use a broom and some t towels. We also had issues getting the coffee machine to work. There are stairs to navigate but the flat’s location is worth it. Close to the Louvre and easy walks into Paris.

C’est très bien placé deux pas des halles et du Louvre.
C’est propre mais pas net. Odeur d’égout très forte, on a bouché l’évacuation du LL mais cela persistait dans la cuisine et la sdb. Porte très difficile à ouvrir et fermer ( vis à revisser en haut), une lampe de chevet au total pour les deux chambres, joint de la sdb, desserte sdb rouillé. Le séjour est très petit, 3eme sans ascenseur, éclairage sdb pendant
Mélange de photo avec d’autre appartement probablement bien mieux.
Beaucoup de choses sont facilement arrangeable restera 3eme sans ascenseur et petit salon

La proximité du Louvre
Je me déplace avec des cannes anglaises. Quelle déception de voir qu'il y avait 4 étages, 82 marches sans ascenseur. Pas de papier de toilette, malgré nos nombreux messages pendant 24h.
Chambre très exiguë, peu de place pour en sortant du lit.
Les lieux ne correspondent pas aux images vues sur internet. Le lieu, bien photographié, semblait lumineux et spacieux. Ce n'est pas le cas. Communication parfois difficile avec le staff qui ne lit pas les messages jusqu'au bout.
Le site pour payer la caution ne marchait pas, vérification faite auprès de ma banque, après plusieurs messages, un collaborateur m'a proposé une alternative où c'était à moi d'endosser les frais bancaires, alors même que c'est leur site qui ne marche pas.
Aujourd'hui j'ai dû encore envoyer plusieurs mails pour savoir quand je serai remboursée.

Les équipements suffisants
Le 5 eme étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier difficile à monter typique des vieux immeubles parisiens. Les marques d’humidité notamment ds la pièce d’eau, la longueur du lit très courte et pourtant je ne suis pas très très grande.

Acomodações modestas demais, mas alinhado com o preço. O apartamento localizava-se no 5.andar e não havia elevadores. Levar malas todos esses andares acima foi um problema.

L'appartamento è comodo, un po' piccolino ma ha tutti i comfort e servizi necessari; molto comodo il self check-in.
Appartamento in pieno centro che ti permette di raggiungere qualsiasi punto a piedi in metro e la maggior parte delle metro passano vicino.
L'unica pecca è che si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, ma giustamente trattasi di un palazzo storico in pieno centro e quindi è più che comprensibile, ci rialloggerei comunque se dovessi tornare a Parigi.

Bence kesinle tercih etmemeniz gereken bir yer fotoğraftakilerle bire bir değil apartmanın merdivenleri çok kötü,içeride çok kötü yemek kokusu var,5 kat asansörsüz ve kimse yardımcı olmuyor.hiç bir şekilde kapı açılmıyor eve girmek için ertesi sabaha kadar bekledik ve kimse yardımcı olmadı sonrasında da evet haklısınız kapı bozuktu dediler ve bizden yaptırmak için para istediler sanki biz bozmuşuz gibi .Büyük bir hevesle geldiğimiz parise 2 günümüzü zehir ettiler ve mağdur olduk gittiğinimizde 1 saat kalacağımız yeri aradık attıkları konum doğru değildi bulduğumuzda ise içeri girdikten sonra çok kötü yemek kokusu vardı mağara gibi bir yerden insanlar çıkıyordu 5 katı asansörsüz bir şekilde valizimizle çıktık çıktığımızda ise kapıyı hiç bir şekilde açamadık her şekilde denememize rağmen ev sahibine yazdığımda ise 1 saat sonra cevap verip sadece bu sorunu yaşadığınız için üzgünüm umarım içeri girebilmişsinizdir dedi ve biz hala kapıdaydık ondan sonra tekrar yazdık yine 1 saat sonra cevap verdiler bizde 2 saattir kapıda olduğumuz için ve gece olduğundan dolayı başka bir yere rezervasyon yaptırdık festival olduğundan dolayı başka bir yer bulmak çok zor oldu ve sonra bizi aradıklarında üzgün olduklarını ve evet kapıda sorun vardı özür dilediklerini söylediler şaka gibi ertesi gün için usta çağıracaklarını söyledir ve bunun ücretini bizden istediler biz bozmuşuz gibi,başka bir yerde konaklamak istiyorduk ama parayı geri vermeyeceklerini söylediler ertesi gün paramız yanmasın diye gittik ve ustanın yapmasını bekledik ordada yarım günümüzü yemiş oldular yine 5 kat çıktık bu sefer usta yaptığı için kapıyı açabildik içeri girdiğimizde asla görünen gibi değildi klima yoktu cam açalım dedik camlar asansör boşluğuna bakıyo ve çok ağır bir şekilde yemek kokuyor banyosu zaten çok kötüydü ve çatı katıydı extra bir sıcaklık vardı bizde doğal olarak burda kalmak istemedik geldiğimiz tatilde 2 günümüzü öldürmüş oldular.

No anduvo la llave y no pude entrar.Dejamos la llave donde la encontramos y nunca entramos al apartamento
Mala impresion en la entrada al lugar.(sucio desprolijo) Pero lo peor fue que la llave del apartamento no anduvo y no pudimos abrirlo. Reclamamos una solucion porque no pudimos entrar y las respuestas fueron evasivas.En la calle con las maletas y luego de varias horas de reclamos y ya al atardecer tomamos por Booking un alojamiento el Hotel Trianon.(excelente) Horrible experiencia.Pagamos por un lugar al que no pudimos entrar y encima nos preguntan como estuvo la estadia en el lugar y dan instrucciones para la partida. Nada recomendable.

Leiligheta lå i 4. etasje, trappene var smale og meget støvete og med kakerlakker.
Det ble utført renoveringsarbeid i nabohus og et hotell rett overfor dette huset. Det var konstant støv og støy fra tidlig morgen. Til tider så kraftig støy at vi måtte rope til hverandre.
Vinduene måtte være åpen pga varme og manglende vifte eller air condition.
Pick A flat påsto de ikke kjente til arbeidet, men det har pågått og skal pågå i uker om ikke måneder fremover. Det bores og sages i betong, det rives ned og kastes i containere.
Ingen rimelig leie så her bør utleier vite hva den byr på.
Støy bør være opplyst på forhånd, det er en høyst vanlig del av hotell eller leilighets opplysning.

Dommage pour les petits détails qui font toutes la différence.
L'escalier est très étroit pour monter avec des grosses valises, mais c'est le charme des immeubles anciens.
Juste de la grosse poussière sous la porte de la chambre. Pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle, évier très petit, une assiette ne passe pas ! Manque une table et des chaises pour les repas, c'est dommage. Des tapis enroulés dans un coin du logement, ce n'est pas très beau ! Matelas du lit très mous, qui s'enfonce, celui du canapé lit, il est très mince et une latte était déboitée, donc tombait à chaque fois. Aucuns produits d'entretien pour effectuer le ménage, même pas un balai, aspirateur pas très puissant ! Odeurs nauséabondes dans la sdb, obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre, agencement pas bien fait, le miroir se trouve au dessus des WC, pour mon mari se raser c'était un peu compliqué ! Ne pas faire une machine de plus de 5 pièces, car tancarville très petit.

Nel complesso gli appartamenti necessitano di un ammodernamento.

Il faut monter 106 marches pour se rendre à l'unité (pas d'ascenseur); la serrure de la porte d'entrée fonctionne mal; l'éclairage dans la salle de bain n'a pas fonctionné pendant 2 jours; le ventilateur de salle de bain ne fonctionne pas; absence de linges pour essuyer la vaisselle; le frigo était sale mais il faut dire qu'on nous a laissé rentrer plusieurs heures avant (pas eu le temps de faire le ménage?)

Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και ρωτούσαν συχνά για τη διαμονή μας καθ’ολη τη διάρκεια του ταξιδιού. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο σαν χώρος και με καλή θέρμανση
Δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Είχε πολύ σκόνη. Είναι στο 5ο όροφο, ΧΩΡΙΣ ΑΣΑΝΣΕΡ, με μια ξύλινη απότομη και πολύ στενή σκάλα, οπότε αν έχετε βαλίτσα σκεφτείτε το πολύ καλά. Μετρήσαμε 107 σκαλιά. Δεν έχει ντουλάπα, οπότε δεν έχεις που να κρεμάσεις τα ρούχα σου. Δεν είχε χαρτί τουαλέτας. Οταν τους ενημερώσαμε, είπαν πως θα έφερναν, αλλά δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ κανένας, οπότε αγοράσαμε δικό μας. Επίσης δεν καθαρίζουν το διαμέρισμα κατά τη διαμονή. Μείναμε 7 βράδια και δεν καθαρίστηκε όσο μέναμε από κάποιον ούτε αλλάχτηκαν οι πετσέτες. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει καθρέφτης πέρα από το μπάνιο όπου κι εκεί το φως πάνω από το νεροχύτη, ήταν χαλασμένο και δε λειτουργούσε.

Très bien situé. Très bon confort de literie. Très calme. Parfait pour le repos. Très bonnes conditions pour passer un bon séjour. La surface globale est satisfaisante.
La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons l'habitude de ce type de machine, nous avons bien essayé et tout vérifié, mais il y avait bien un dysfonctionnement. Nous l'avons signalé aussitôt, dès notre arrivée, mais notre parole a été remise en question. personne n'est venu ni constater, ni remplacer la machine, et donc nous avons passé tout le séjour sans pouvoir faire un café depuis notre logement. Regrettable... Par ailleurs, la salle d'eau est particulièrement exigüe. Enfin, à noter qu'il y a une télévision mais pas d'antenne et un sèche serviette impossible à déclencher... Mais rien de grave.
