I literally jsut arrived checked in slept and left so thats all I needed - bed was brilliant though

A Good Airport Hotel - At Last!

This was a very good airport hotel. Most airport hotels are utilitarian, gray and charmless. So this one really stood out. The room was a good size and well organized. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was pretty good.

Overall the room was comfortable but it was expensive for one night.

The room itself was lovely, I had a comfortable bed and the shower was great

I found room service hard to get a hold of, I called twice and was put through to reception who informed me they woud make sure i recieved a call back. I did not, and had to call a third time before I was able to order my dinner.

Was a relaxing night before we flew out the next day

I loved the Maori designs , the connection to The Tainui tribe is a cultural nod to the royal lineage …. The design of the building is Beautiful! The convenience of it being right at the airport. The staff were lovely and very assisting. Loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries. Robes were a luxury.

Very convenient and comfortable

This hotel was great! Super convenient being only A quick walk from the airport terminal. Rooms were modern, very clean and elegant. Beds and pillows were extremely plush and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the little cafe in the lobby area for a quick snack every morning.

Great place to stay near Auckland Airport

The best part is that it is a few minutes walk to the international terminal of the airport. Great for early morning flights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t try the gym or restaurant. Checking in and out was efficient. Staff were very helpful. Shops only a few minutes away by car.

Unfortunately no swimming pool. Also, they use either airport parking or valet parking both of which are pricey.

Top notch airport hotel in easy walking distance

Excellent location just a short walk from the international terminal, with a 24 hour reception which is very useful. Spacious and comfy rooms that get you ready for a long flight. Staff were super helpful when we arrived in the middle of a rainstorm, and also when sorting out payment details for a family member staying the following week. Massive TV and reasonable (and tasty) room service.

Covered walkway up to the lobby would be handy for those squally Auckland showers. Other than that, no complaints.

We had a very comfortable stay after a long flight. The staff is super friendly and was kind enough to keep our luggage with them until it was time for us to check in. They even offered us slightly early check which was very helpful to go get freshen up & get some rest.
