I’ve stayed at ibis Budget Auckland Airport twice now, and both times have been a good experience. It’s a convenient place to stay when travelling through Auckland Airport, and I’ve been happy with my stays. What really impressed me was the honesty and reliability of the staff. I accidentally left my AirPods behind after one of my stays and didn’t realise until much later. To my surprise, when I contacted the hotel six weeks later, they still had them safely kept aside for me! That really says a lot about the people working there and how they look after their guests. It’s little things like this that make a difference. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m travelling through Auckland. Highly recommend!
