About this house rental
This spacious villa has been stylishly and luxuriously furnished and features excellent amenities. The stunning outdoor area has been lovingly landscaped, and the idyllic, sprawling property offers numerous spots to relax. The highlight is the gorgeous pool area, featuring a
60-square-meter pool. Ideal and central location, just a 5-minute drive to the beach. Two restaurants, a bar, and a small supermarket are located
just a 3-minute walk from the villa.
The accommodation
The villa is located on the stunning southwestern
Algarve, in the Costa Vicentina Nature Reserve, centrally situated between the three local beaches: Arrifana, Monte Clerigo, and Amoreira.
The entire villa underwent a very extensive and costly renovation this year!
The spacious property offers plenty of room and places to retreat; the idyllic and stylish ambiance invites you to relax. The highlight is the 60-square-meter pool, with a maximum depth of over 3 meters. The property offers various options for sitting, relaxing, dining, or sunbathing.
From the large rooftop terrace, on a clear day, you can look east toward the Monchique Mountains and west toward the ocean.

The furnishings are high-quality, modern, and extravagant.
The living area is spacious and offers ample room for 10 people. The bedrooms feature hardwood floors and spacious
built-in closets.
All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable
queen-size beds (160×200). The large
flat-screen TV in the TV area features
Wi-Fi and all popular apps.
In the dining room, next to the spacious, open kitchen, there is a large dining table for 10 people. While cooking and dining, you’ll enjoy a view of the beautiful pool area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life.
In the living area, the numerous seating options and the fireplace create a unique atmosphere.
You can get a perfect sense of the living space from the detailed floor plan. Since the villa was recently expanded, the floor plan will be updated shortly.
The beach is a 5-minute drive away, and 2
restaurants, a bar, and a small supermarket are just a 3-minute walk away.
During the off-season, the villa can also be rented on a monthly basis!
The rental price will then be adjusted by mutual agreement.
Utility costs (electricity, gas, water) will then be billed based on usage.

The villa is ideal for families and groups. In theory, it’s possible to rent one or two additional apartments.
The apartments are also listed on Airbnb, and availability would need to be checked if you’re interested.
There is another small house at the back of the large property.
Guests have their own garden. They only use the driveway to access their accommodation.
This is located along the right half of the property and runs the entire length of the lot.
The outdoor area described is exclusively for the villa’s guests. The atmosphere is generally quiet, relaxed, and private.
The neighboring bar occasionally features
live music.
