About this house rental
Located in the prestigious Nordic Village neighborhood of Deer Valley Resort, in the Snow Park area, this lovely private home has been completely remodeled and professionally redecorated. With spacious living areas and a gourmet kitchen this is a perfect place to bring the whole family. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Also, the furniture in the living spaces has been replaced with brand new cozy sectional couches!
It is a 2 level home and approximately 2600 square feet. The main level is the living room, dining room, kitchen and adjoining family room, as well as a powder room and the laundry room. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
Mountain access is quick and easy with the dial-a-ride shuttle or drive yourself to the parking lot at Deer Valley in about 3 minutes! You can also get to Park City Mountain in about 10 minutes by car.
Living Room: Vaulted ceilings, 46" HDTV, DVD, cozy seating and décor.
Family Room: Adjacent to the kitchen area, with a gas fireplace, 50" HDTV, DVD/VCR, CD stereo.
Kitchen: Completely remodeled with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and resurfaced cabinetry. Very well equipped with everything necessary for home cooked meals.
Dining Room: Seating for 6, and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.
Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, TV, walk in closet, adjoining bathroom with huge jetted tub and large, walk in style shower.
Second – Queen bed, TV.
Third – Queen bed, plus built-in twin bunk beds, TV.
(The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, which is situated between the two bedrooms with a vanity area on each side.)
Fourth - Located on the main floor with a built in queen bed. There is a 1/2 bath located on this level and this room shares the shower/bath with the rooms upstairs.

Great quiet location yet close enough to lifts and Park City main street. Big spacious property. Asked management to unblock a shower and no response, other than that was great. Would go back for sure.

Although there was no air conditioning, it really wasn't needed because of its location among the trees.
