Upon entering this home from the garage right into the convenient mudroom, you'll be in the gorgeous main level great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: The living room is full of lovely furnishings including a roomy sectional sofa, surrounding a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with DVD system. The room has an open, airy feeling because of the soaring vaulted ceilings. The towering stone fireplace front brings a true Deer Valley Resort ambiance into the room.
Kitchen: The chef in your group will truly appreciate this fully equipped space. It offers a 4-burner gas range, double ovens, stone tile floors, granite counter tops. Enjoy the convenient kitchen bar seating for four.
Dining Room: The large dining area offers seating for up to 10 to 12, along with the additional kitchen bar seating. Have an outdoor meal on the adjacent patio complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.

The townhouse is wonderful! The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a great family room next to the kitchen which high ceilings and a nice fireplace. The location is perfect with a very quick drive to Deer Valley or downtown Park City. We had a lovely stay.

Ask about adjacent remodels and construction. Impossible for kids to nap 8:00 am to about 3-4 pm. Water off one day. Couldn’t use toilets. All was scheduled by HOA but not disclosed to VRBO renters.
