About this apartment rental

Located one mile from Main Street and right at the base of Deer Valley Resort in Snow Park, you can easily walk to the lifts from this comfortable condo in Comstock Lodge. Great for couples and families, it sleeps up to 12. It is located 50 feet from the free city shuttle stop to go out for dinner or shopping on Park City's Main Street or to enjoy all of the area's activities and entertainment. It's easy to get to the Deer Valley Snow Park base area in the winter by taking the parking lot shuttle.

This nicely appointed, the cabin-style four-bedroom property is a combination of two condos. In addition to the four bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own en-suite bath, there are two full kitchens, two dining areas and two living rooms with sleeper sofas, and two hot tubs! The kitchens and bathrooms have been recently remodeled.

Each full kitchen has everything necessary to prepare and serve meals. The kitchens are open to the bright dining and living areas, great for spending time together. The dining tables each have seating for 6 and there are easy breakfast bars with seating for 3. After a day on the slopes, you can cozy up next to the warm gas-burning fireplaces and watch the large screen TVs, or soak in the hot tubs on your private decks while enjoying the stunning mountain views.

The common area parking garage has elevator access. This unit is perfect for larger families or a group of friends.

We had a fantastic stay in Park City and couldn’t have been happier with our two condos! They were exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The location was ideal—we walked into town, attended the Post Malone concert, and soaked in the hot tubs after long days out.We had a couple of quick questions during our stay (door code and fireplace pilot light), and the rental office was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was great to know we had such attentive support if we needed it.This was a great experience from start to finish, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Comstock Lodge. Very convenient access to deer valley base and can also pick up the public bus just outside Courcheval to bring you to town (or the base if you don’t want to walk the 5 minutes). The two combined units were spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. We would stay again.

We appreciated the elevator so we did not have to carry luggage and ski gear up stairs. We cooked in due to Covid and the units could use some new flat bottomed cooking pans for the electric stove top. Access to base was excellent.
