Top floor oceanview suite, 5 minute walk to beach!

Lovely apartment. The flowers shedded amazing and the view was wonderful. The barbecue and oven could use a clean. Otherwise it was perfect.

We had a wonderful time. My sister was visiting for the week so we were able to show her the island and share a special time with her, which also included our daughter. We will return, for sure.

The condo has a lovely view over the Bay with covered balcony and very comfortable living room, kitchen, bedrooms and indoor/ outdoor furniture. We highly recommend and would come again. Very well equipped kitchen, and lots of board games available!

The clean, well stocked condo has a gorgeous view of the water. It was the perfect place to curl up and watch the waves. Close enough to town to buy groceries but far enough away from traffic congestion. It was a wonderful place to celebrate Christmas.

The condo met all our needs. The bed was comfortable with a lovely view out the window; the kitchen was well stocked with good pots and sharp knives. Nice big table for eating and a comfortable sofa. We were told that there would be a parking pass in the apartment; there wasn't, but it didn't seem to matter. We would have appreciated some explanation of how to operate the TV. Remotes can be overwhelming. Plus the screen had a picture we didn't enjoy, and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

Loved the location and the view, the unit was super well equipped and quiet, and the owners were considerate and responsive. Will definitely rent again from them.

We loved our stay, your information folder was very helpful. Sunrise and sets were stunning. Island was friendly, The self sufficient caring residents of the island and their products were heart warm. We loved our visit to Lavender & Black (not on the points of interest) We visited all the stops and the local little Wood Shop area just out of Ganges is a most. Great location where you can enjoy the ocean view on the patio or walk to the beach. Condo is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and really appreciate the well stocked kitchen. Ganges is a 10 minute drive with lots of options for shopping and dining. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was outstanding. Clean and so well equipped. Very spacious as well. The kitchen had everything and more that one would need to function. There was also an ice pack and cooler backpack which was so helpful, beach towels and plenty of linens. The beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. I’d definitely recommend staying here to enjoy the island!

Jon and Kate were great. They were very communicative and responsive whenever I send a message. The place was wonderful. It was clean and has a beautiful view. It was great just relaxing on the patio with a cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

This was our first time to Salt Spring Island. We stayed 2 nights at the condo, had a nice view of the ocean and very nice peaceful community. The unit was as described and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils to prepare a meal. The only complaint we have is the area rug in the living area was gross

We had the absolute best stay here! Everything, (and I mean everything) was perfect! Morning coffee on the balcony, yoga in the living room with the fireplace on, the moonlight from the master bedroom windows..The location couldn’t have been better! Down the road from the Ferry terminal and five minute drive to town. Our hosts were lovely and responded quickly to all inquiries. We’re already planning our next stay!

Our stay with Jon and Kate was a great experience. Their place is clean, cosy and really inviting with the view of the bay being quite spectacular. They had all of the amenities right down to a coffee grinder (an essential) and the cooking utensils were all good quality which makes cooking easier. We would definitely stay with Jon and Kate again. Ian and Julie.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this clean, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed suite on our weekend away. The suite has a beautiful view of the water from the balcony and is just a short walk to the beach. It was also easy to get around town by car from where we were at, allowing us to enjoy the Saturday market and dinner in Ganges and a hike at Ruckle Park. Will definitely be back!

We were visiting the island for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay! The building was beautiful and newer with an elevator which made it easy to bring luggage up. The property was clean, comfortable and modern! I slept so well and enjoyed the views each morning. We would happily stay again! Thank you so much!

My parents and I met up on Saltspring Island for an extended long weekend to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. We spent the days hiking up on Mount Maxwell and at Ruckle Park, Duck Creek Park, and Burgoyne Bay… after spending the day out in beautiful nature we’d head home to Jon and Kate’s comfortable apartment for a relaxing evening. It was the perfect place for us… we loved the great view and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We spent the evenings warm and cozy by the gas fireplace watching movies or playing board games…it was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. It was quiet and clean and was just a short drive to the fun shops and restaurants of Ganges. Dinner at the Seaside Restaurant, just a two-minute walk away, was great too. It really is a lovely apartment, it looks just like the photos. Lots of homey touches and very comfortable. I really liked playing the ukulele too. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Really nice spot near the Vesuvius Bay ferry terminal. Ferry traffic goes by for a short duration throughout the day, but overall a peaceful location. You can really enjoy lovely sunsets from the patio. The unit is well appointed and quite spacious. The host was easy to work with, and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the place as two couples. The accommodation was perfect for us, boasting two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. However, I noticed that the photos on Vrbo could use an update since there have been some changes. Notably, the living room now includes a TV, and instead of bunk beds, there are two comfortable single beds in one of the rooms. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic balcony. We enjoyed some memorable dinners there, and to our delight, we even had the privilege of spotting whales in the distance! One of the great advantages of the location is its proximity to the beach, which is just a short walk away. The water was remarkably warm and inviting for swimming. I would advise bringing water shoes, though, as my partner injured her foot on the beach without them. For light sleepers concerned about noise from the ferry, worry not. The last ferry departs at 10:30 pm, and the only sounds we heard were the cars driving on and off the ferry; the ferry itself does not blow its horn. Even the first ferry in the morning didn't disturb our sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we highly recommend the place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat near the beach.

Absolutely stunning sunsets from the balcony or nearby beach, the location is lovely. Quiet block of units close to one of the ferry terminals. Quick 10 minute drive into Ganges. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, plus a full kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely visit to Salt Spring Island and our stay was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything our family needed to feel at home for the long holiday weekend. The location is terrific. We walked down to Vesuvius beach to watch the sun set.

This condo exceeded my expectations! It was a feast for your senses. The view! The wisteria! The birdsong! Great restaurants! Amazing hiking! This was a dream vacation. Very prompt response from the manager on a minor problem. Will definitely be back!
