This spacious villa is located in an excellent location in the heart of Pula and will provide you with the luxury you desire. Villa Pina has 2 large living rooms, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms one with a Jacuzzi bath, 1 outdoor grill and 1 indoor fireplace, foosball, electronic darts, PlayStation 3, table tennis, billiards and an infrared sauna. This type of sauna is medically suitable, especially for asthmatics. Two of the rooms have their own bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with plasma TV. The living room has a sofa with adjustable backrests. Both living rooms have access to a large collection of literary works in different languages. The property is covered with Wi-Fi.
Vila Pina offers complete privacy! In the garden there is a pool of 25 m2, which is surrounded by quality garden furniture and a small playground.
