The apartment was better than I expected. Usually I don't get exactly what I see in the pictures on Booking, but this place was a pleasant surprise. It looks exactly as in the pictures, everything is new and the apartment was neat and clean when we arrived. They also provide a dog bed, bowls and even a toy if you're coming with a pet! It's a very nice relaxing stay for one or two people. Also the contact with the owner was very good, they replied fast and were very friendly.
The only thing I didn't like is that the balcony didn't have any additional pet protection installed. We have a small dog who could have easily squeezed under or between the railing and fall.
