These are not in a ranking order.
1. It was spotlessly clean.
2. The location…. I walked everywhere. Didn’t have to use a tram. And felt 100% safe.
3. The space … way above average.
4. Quite apart from being clean it was otherwise very well maintained.
5. Extremely well equipped.
6. Support from the proprietors was generous.
7. Very reasonably priced.
8. Easy transfer to/from airport and simple self check in/out.
9. Local amenities were excellent.. full range of shops/restaurants within a short walk.
10. The balcony. Beautiful garden. Perfect for morning coffee.
Nothing. It was perfect. I will return.

The apartment is very nice, very comfortable and well located, a short walk from the river and around 25 minutes from the castle.
I would deft stay here again.
Maybe the bed was a little squeaky.
And the bedroom has a window the street and it may be slightly noisy at times but nothing that a pair of earplugs can't fix.
Also, if you like your bedroom dark at nighttime, bring a sleeping mask
