Great choice!
The host was very professional, attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in manual was one of the best I have ever seen and was very easy and simple to follow. Any issues that we encountered were also properly addressed by the host and a solution was provided in a timely manner. Overall this is a very nice apartment in a beautiful building and the quality of the service is provided is at a very high level.

Great location, Sebastian was so helpful throughout the process. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
It would have been nice to have an ironing board. There was an issue with the wifi due to construction on the street, but it was out of the control of the hosts.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler und doch ruhiger Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr sachlich und klar, keine Deko oder Bilder - die Eigentümer lassen die tolle Architektur dieses Gründerzeit-Dachbodens ganz alleine wirken. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, gut ausgestattet und von den Nachbarn und der Straße hört man genau gar nichts. Geschäfte, eine gut bediente Busstation und Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist vorbildlich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.
Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer erwies sich als Schlafstätte als Fehlkonstruktion und war sehr instabil. Die Vermieter waren sich dieses Problems offenbar nicht bewusst und haben sofort reagiert. Wir haben schließlich einen guten Weg gefunden, dass wir trotz allem einen erholsamen Schlaf hatten. Die zwei Betten in den Schlafzimmern selbst sind wunderbar.

Sauber und ruhig
Schön, sauber, komplett schließende elektrische Rollläden und keine Nachbarn zu hören. Dunkelheit und Ruhe sind zwei Dinge, die man sonst oft in den besten Hotels nicht bekommt. Für eine einzelne Person war es teuer, aber da das Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, je Doppelbett, und Couch im Wohnzimmer für mehrere Gäste ausgelegt ist, ist der Preis absolut angemessen, sogar günstig für mehrere. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr gut in ihrer Kommunikation. Es ist wie eine Rezeption im Hotel, die man immer fragen kann.
