A rip-off.

Don’t stay here, it is a total rip-off. You will not stay in the ground floor apartment as shown in the pictures, but in a very different place on the second floor. That apartment is not safe for children because furniture and power outlets fall apart. Matrasses stink. The provided baby cot is broken. The shower doesn’t work so you can’t even properly clean yourself. The owner doesn’t take responsibility at all.

Parking is free on the street. Was very clean and well maintained. Modern. Communication with owner was easy, clear and fast.
The street noise from cars is a bit loud for the bedroom on the street side. Only 2 coffee packets and we were 4 people.

A dreadful stay, wet laundry hanging up and broken beds.
The owner gave us the key for the basement to store our bicycles
The ground floor apartment we booked was not the one we got. There was not two large double beds as advertised. The children’s bed we were given collapsed and our friends had to sleep on the sofa if though we mended it. There was wet sheets hanging up in the waldrobes. Most bulbs in the lights were not working. The coffee machine was blocked and exploded. We mended that too. There were no coat hangers or drying rack as advertised. We have been in touch with the owner but she has refused to talk to us.

Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist komplett offen zu Wohnzimmer und Flur, von dem alle anderen Räume abgehen.
Die Wohnung ist alles andere als ruhig, man hört die Nachbarn durch die Wand und selbst im nach hinten liegenden Schlafzimmer jedes Auto, das vorbeifährt.
Im Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gibt es keine Nachttische und auch keine Lampen außer der Deckenleuchte.
Es gibt nur einen kleinen Klapptisch mit zwei Stühlen, wird also schwierig bei einer Belegung mit 4 Personen.
Das ist für den aufgerufenen Preis alles so in Ordnung, sollte aber erwähnt werden.

Die Wohnung war nicht die Wohnung auf den Bildern, und sie liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte keine Türe. Bei einem Esstisch fände ich Stühle angebrachter als ei Sofa, auf dem man zu niedrig sitzt. Ein 2,50 m langer Schrank von 2,20 Höhe darf auch Regalbretter haben, weil ich meine Socken nicht aufhänge. Die Email des Gastgebers mit der Bitte, eine Bewertung mit mindestens 9 Punkten abzugeben, war unangemessen.

Ich würde die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen oder weiterempfehlen.
Gefallen hat uns, dass es drei verschiedene Zimmer zum Schlafen gab.
Der Rolladen im Schlafzimmer ist kaputt, man kann daher nicht lüften. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei viel befahrenen Straßen und nachts hört man auch einen Club, es ist daher alles andere als ruhig. Man kann die Wohnung von der Ausstattung fast schon als schmuddelig bezeichnen.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage mit einigem Komfort und guter Ausstattung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses (Bj. ca 1900) an der Ein- bzw. Ausfallstraße (Aarstraße bzw. B54) nach Taunusstein und weiter zur A3, Anschlussstelle Idstein, in der Nähe des nordwestlichen Stadtrandes. Durch die Mehrscheibenfenster und die elektrischen Rollläden wird die akustische Verkehrsemission allerdings recht effektiv gedämmt.
Das Zentrum von Wiesbaden ist mit dem PKW oder mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr innerhalb von ca 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und recht praktisch eingerichtet, sie bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene. Sie befindet sich in einem gepflegten und einem sehr reinlichen Zustand, der Balkon zur Straße ist groß und verfügt über eine Markise.
Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer ist offen zum Wohnzimmer hin gestaltet, das andere verfügt über eine Tür zum kleinen Flur. Sitz- und Schlafmöbel sind bequem und von guter Qualität.
Das lang-schmale Badezimmer ist mit Wanne, WC und Waschtisch ausgestattet. Größere Menschen können aufgrund der Wannenarmatur mit entsprechend kurzem Schlauch zur Handbrause aber nur im Hocken duschen. Heizung und Warmwasser werden von einer Gas-Kombitherme zuverlässig versorgt, das Vaillantgerät ist in der Küche montiert und stört so nicht im engeren Badezimmer.
Die ebenfalls lang-schmale Küche ist modern möbliert und gut, auch gerätetechnisch gut, ausgestattet.
In der direkten Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein Rewe-LEH und mehrere kleine Restaurants, vornehmlich italienischer Art; die PKW-Parkplatzsituation ist (wochen)tagsüber unproblematisch, am Wochenende und am späteren Abend jedoch etwas angespannt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist durch die verkehrsgünstige Lage ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, nicht nur für Wege nach Wiesbaden hinein, sondern auch für Unternehmungen im Rheingau und im Rhein-Main-Gebiet.
Dusch-Situation, nur zwei Stühle am Esstisch, zwei zusätzliche (Klapp)stühle wären schön.

Alex war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die 2 Apartments waren sehr sauber und zentral. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit allem, und würden jederzeit das Apartment wieder buchen. Super Service von Alex!
