Location, size and cleanliness
No curtains on 4th bedroom, bathroom or kitchen and the sun was so strong and hot that it was unbearable for the 4th person with sun in her eyes first thing in the morning. Doors didn't lock in the bathrooms and all doors creaked. Small details but things that made a difference in a group setting

War alles vorhanden was man brauchte, schöne Einrichtung und gute Lage. Für 4 Personen oder 4 Paare super geeignet. Schöner Altbau
Eine Tür zu einem Schlafzimmer ist nicht schließbar, keine Vorhänge im Bad und man muss vorsichtig beim Duschen sein, um das Badezimmer nicht zu fluten.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zentral mit einigen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Straße. Check-in war unkompliziert und der Kontakt vorab war nett, sogar ein früher Check-in war möglich. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat tolle hohe Decken, viel Potenzial!
Leider war es sehr ungepflegt - die Wohnung wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt, aber überall in den Ecken und auf den Fensterbänken war es dreckig, der Boden klebte, die eine Toilette war schmutzig und es wirkte insgesamt etwas verwahrlost. In zwei Räumen hingen die Vorhangstangen runtergerissen, mit Löchern in der Wand. Die Wohnung könnte toll sein, aber leider wird sie nicht sehr sorgsam gepflegt.
Wen das nicht stört, der kann hier mit mehreren Personen eine schöne Zeit haben.
