Very clean and specious flat.
Fantastic localisation (5 minutes walk from the river; 10 minutes walk from the centre)

Чиста, сучасна 2х рівнева квартира за невеликою вартістю.
Є все необхідне для проживання. Чиста білизна та рушники. Все доглянуте, стильно, сучасно.
Паркування на прилеглих вулицях не є безкоштовним. Але воно є.
Було би добре зробити освітлення двору, бо при поселенні не видно куди заходити, і власне саму жовту будівлю важко розпізнати, бо нічого не видно.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The apartment is modern, spacious, and tastefully designed. You can tell that a lot of attention has been paid to the details, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The location is quiet while still being close to the city's main attractions, which was a big advantage. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and all the amenities provided were exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a great experience and a place I would confidently recommend to anyone visiting Satu Mare. I would definitely stay here again.
