The location is excellent. Very close to the center and a shopping mall. The many trees in the area makes the apartment very cool and comfortable, even in 40 degrees Celsius. Also, there are a new full-size fridge, washer, dryer and kitchen ware.
The sleeping space was a little tight for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 15 years old). The pull-out couch and its extension had space for an adult and a small child, not a 10 year old. The bed in the bedroom is only big enough for two people.
