The size of the space, the facilities blew me away as I was not expecting a kitchen.... The closeness to the station and also my own access to the room so I could come and go as I please.
Also they responded to me so quickly and saved me from a mistake I made ahead of time

Lovely staff, very nice menu. Beautifully decor of pub/restaurant.
Better tv, as bluish tinge to screen and small tv screen. Better complimentary toiletries, mini body wash etc.
