1. Great central location right on Sierpes street - unfortunately this meant little sleep 2. Very cute apartment with cozy decor and really appreciated the North America-Europe plug adaptor that was left in a socket 3. Balcony area is a nice feature (didn’t use but could see it being great!)

1. Communication with the host was lacking - and I hate to write any negative reviews, but this did impact our stay. While I understand they may not want to deal with issues and Easter celebrations were finishing up, I had to inquire about things as the host was not proactive with communicating. - Immediately after check-in I noted the laundry machine appeared broken and would probably cause water leaks if used. We had specifically booked a place with advertised laundry facilities available. The host quickly responded she would get a handyman to look into it, but after that it was very minimal communication despite my prompting. I had no idea when this person might come by so had to be aware of someone possibly entering at any time. By the time we checked out after 3 nights no inspection had happened and no suggestions for alternatives. - I noted the air conditioning appeared broken, which also was advertised as a main feature. After some back and forth with videos to show the host that I had tried all the correct steps & breaker was working, she stopped communicating about it. Luckily we didn’t need it but just another example of communication style. - there was a strong moldy-mildew odor whenever anyone used the shower or toilet. I noticed this in some other places in Spain so not sure this is fixable but it was off-putting. 2. Location is great but noise at night is an issue unless you’re a heavy sleeper. Nightly garbage pickups with loud glass shattering and no soundproofing is tough if you’re a light to medium sleeper.
