The location is great, right in the town. Walking distance to everything! The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. Including towels and a hair dryer. The owner is lovely and really helpful. He helped me book my tour and organised my transport back to Luang Prabang, also he had many good food recommendations! Even when I became slightly unwell he reached out to check if I was okay and if I required anything! I have no complaints!

Everything is clean, a relatively close place to everything. Overall, the place is okay.
The view from the room is not as described in the pictures. I was in the room closest to the stream, but because of new construction you can't see the view, and besides, the front yard ruins the entire view. If you're looking for a beautiful view, this is not the place I recommend.
