    Broken shower and lack of furniture are simple fixes here. But noise from neighboring rooms is a big problem. Get a room upstairs and on the end with a side window, not on the ground floor.

    Rooms are tired. Bathrooms pretty awful with mould and limited hot water and smell of drains. Not very soundproofed and v steep steps to top floor could cause issues for some guests. Slippery slow from road to property. Saving grace for this property is its position right on the water and its proximity to eating and drinking places.
