The location is good and conveniently situated near downtown, so most of your needs can be accessed within a few minutes. However, our experience with the room and cleanliness was disappointing.
1.Stains were everywhere in our designated Room 209 and the comfort room. The stains appeared to have been there for quite some time, indicating poor cleaning and maintenance.
2.The comfort room was very hot. The toilet window faces an adjacent room, and hot air from their AC unit flows directly into our comfort room.
3.Only one towel was provided for a couple, and the towel was visibly dirty with black stains.
4.The floor was dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned.
5.Visible stains were also present on the walls.
6.There was no water in the lavatory, which was inconvenient during our stay.
7.The entrance leading to our room looked neglected, almost like an abandoned backyard, with pests/insects visible in the area.
Overall, the location is good, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and room condition need significant improvement. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel for a vacation stay and would not stay here again.

Its cheap, but its not clean, staff are not that relliable. The room for three are very small...

The bathroom was not clean, and the tiles looked old and worn out. The room floors were wooden, and there were cockroaches present. During our stay, there was a blackout from around 1am to 3am, and unfortunately the hotel did not have a generator. It was especially difficult having a child with us during that time. Overall, it felt more like a pension house than a hotel.
