Convenient and good value for your money.

Terrible experience, not my 1st time but this recent one left me in awe. I couldn't believe budget means filth. Room was not prepared when I checked in and staff rushed to clean it. But i wss surprised photos they published is not the same in actual. Tissue holder was broken so I had to ask for another roll because it fell to the ground and got wet but they did not fix it and it's okay sice i can use it without it. Another issue are insects like not just any fly but those that you can see near sewages and filthy bathroom and a worm. How disgusting and bugs got out of the floor drain. I think bed sheet wss not replaced on the blanket because I can see hair and bits of stains. Even the other 2 pillow placed on the couch did not have fresh cases. I was not confident at all so I did not use them and settled on using the only one i had in bed. Bath towel is like generations old, you can see its color difference from the linens. The floor tiles are so dark which i think okay as long as the rest are clean, those are expected stains happening to old times but the dust and hair in different corners of the room is just so disgusting. Reception area does not have a staff, it took me almost near my check out time to ask for the wifi password only to realize my data connection is better than theirs. Lobby and reception is most of the time did not have anyone on standby to accommodate guests and people inquiring. Rang the bell but no one came down i think they are all upstairs doing something i don't know. It says budget room but the price is equivalent to other hotel's standard room accommdation way way better than this. They did not even have anything inside the room like toiletries, kits, water/coffee. I don't recommend this hotel not until they renovate their old facility and room, and improve their hospitality and overall management.

I dont wanna go back again

The bathroom was not clean, and the tiles looked old and worn out. The room floors were wooden, and there were cockroaches present. During our stay, there was a blackout from around 1am to 3am, and unfortunately the hotel did not have a generator. It was especially difficult having a child with us during that time. Overall, it felt more like a pension house than a hotel.
