definetly coming back!

I would like to respectfully share some observations and concerns regarding our recent stay. Our scheduled check-in time was 2:00 PM, but we were only able to get inside our room almost two hours later. We understand that there may be circumstances that can cause delays, but the waiting time was quite long. The room itself was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience: * There were no slippers provided inside the room. * There were no towels available. When I asked, the staff member apologized and explained that they were buying towels at that time. We appreciate her honesty, but basic necessities such as towels should ideally be available before guests check in. * The bathroom does not provide sufficient privacy, as the person inside can literally be seen from outside. * The room door lock was damaged, which is also a concern regarding privacy and security. We do appreciate that our check-out time was extended by one hour as a gesture of consideration. However, I was disappointed to overhear one of the staff members complaining about guests rushing them to finish. From a guest’s perspective, especially after experiencing a delayed check-in, it would have been more appropriate for such concerns to be handled privately and professionally. There was also an issue the following morning during breakfast. We were supposed to receive juice as part of the complimentary breakfast, but when we asked, we were told that they no longer had any and were simply given water instead. We understand that supplies can sometimes run out, but it would have been better if this had been communicated properly and, if possible, an alternative had been offered. I am sharing these concerns respectfully because I believe they are areas that could be improved. We appreciate the efforts of the staff who assisted us, but I hope management can look into these matters, particularly the delayed check-in, availability of basic room necessities, bathroom privacy and security, and the overall handling of guest concerns. nice place and relaxing

We had great stay although it’s far from the city but its still worth the money. The room is clean the comfort room is spacious . It’s recommended that you have your own vehicle for easy access on what places you want to go to. Over all best place if person wants away from stressful life in the city
