Had to book this hotel due to power outage and my work cant be interrupted. Here are my honest review for this hotel 1) I didn't expect their internet connection is poor/intermittent. I was disconnected from time to time and had to click on something that pops up on my screen to stay connected. I had to switch mobile hospot + their internet which is certainly not ideal. 2) There’s only one chair in the room that’s why I had to call and request another chair just so me and my partner can work properly. My partner had to stand up for who knows how long because their housekeeping is not prompt. But I said it’s fine I know were not the one guest maybe their are very busy. 3) In the morning I caller housekeeping to ask for trash bag or anything I can use to put on my wet clothes but after about an hr of waiting. NOTHING. We just checkout and my bare hand is carrying my wet clothes. When I went to the FD to checkout she called housekeeping to ensure we’re cleared and I WAS SURPRISE ABOUT JUST 3mins housekeeping was able to confirm everythings ok and were good to check out! Thats when I realized they are just slow to assist with customer’s requests. How inconvenient. 4) Ive been to luxurious hotels/airbnb and they allow guests inside the room until 9-10pm usually. My sister was supposed to come with us because she need to work too but the hotel policy wouldnt allow. Maybe reconsider that and just make sure that the visitor leaves her/his ID and take photo if YOU VERY CONCERNED WITH OTHER GUESTS SAFETY! Guards and other staffs are respectful. Maybe just improve your customer service

I highly recommend DCCCO Hotel. The rooms and amenities are great, and the staff are polite and accommodating. What I liked most was the breakfast buffet. The price is very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is already included. The hotel may not be located right in the heart of the city, but that wasn’t an issue for me. In fact, I really appreciated the spacious parking area. I had a rental car during my stay, and I had no trouble finding a parking space. Overall, I did not encounter any issues during my stay. Everything was comfortable and convenient, and I would definitely stay here again. Excellent rating from me!

I got my money’s worth! I love the location, so easy to go to different places. The room was clean and it smelled great it also comes with complimentary water, and coffee and its so convenient of having our own electric heater especially that we work graveyard so we needed coffee. The breakfast buffet was great too. By 6AM everything was ready, they prepared variety of foods for us. Great stay, will def come back soon. 💗💗

Clean. But the issues with the door lock and keys. It took 30 min and several visits (from 5th floor) to reception before we could enter the room. This issue repeated daily
